Are you a registered Students' Association Student Group, and is your event open to ALL students? If so, please fill in this form.

We look to accommodate all appropriate promotion support requests. However, please be aware that in some cases we may be unable to assist. If this is the case we will let you know.

PLEASE NOTE: In order for your event to be considered, all event details and artwork must be received a minimum of 3 working days before the tickets and promotional materials need created.

Artwork requirements

IMPORTANT - If you wish to be promoted through our channels please make sure to follow our guidelines:

1. File Name
The file name should include the event title and date.

2. Image File Format
Images should be in JPEG format only.

3. Image Orientation
Please take note of the different file requirements:
What’s On event tile: LANDSCAPE format with the dimensions (width x height): 984px x 554px
Digital screen: LANDSCAPE format with the dimensions (width x height): 1360px x 768px
Instagram story: PORTRAIT format with the following dimensions (width x height): 1080px x 1920px

If you would like to display A3 posters for your event on Activities boards in our venues (Teviot Row House, Potterrow, Pleasance, King’s Buildings House), make sure they are printed out and stamped with the Students’ Association logo, which can be done at Potterrow Reception.

Please make sure to send artwork in the right format and dimensions as listed above. Applications should be received no later than 3 working days prior to the event. Any applications that do not follow the guidelines might not appear on our What’s On page.
